  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Lavender Syrup
  • 1 oz. 30 mL pasteurized egg white
  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 2 pump(s) Blueberry Concentrated Flavor

Vaso/Copa: Collins

  • Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage. Garnish.
